All sales are final, not refundable, non-transferable. Sharing of class packages is not permitted. Instructors and class times are subject to change. Drop-in rates expire 30 days after date of purchase. Class 10 packs expire 6 months after date of purchase. Special promotional packages and workshops may have shorter expiration dates. Classes and instructor assignments are subject to change. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
Classes can be reserved online using our mindbody online schedule, by phone or by email. Reservations must be made with a credit card to confirm your place in class. Purchases will not be refunded to your credit card. If a reservation is cancelled early the class is credited to your Relic Movement Studio account to use towards future reservations. Single classes, class packages, unlimited packages, special promotions, workshops and memberships are non-refundable.
All cancellations made after our 24-hour window will be considered a late cancel and will be charged for the full price for the missed class. No-show and late cancellations will be charged the full price for the classes/workshops missed.
Clients are required to sign themselves into the designated roster at the iPad kiosks in the lobby. Should mindbody online prevent the client from signing in to the class/workshop, it is the responsibility of the client to contact management to resolve any issue. Should the client not have an account or an current class package, it is the responsibility of the client to notify the instructor or to contact management to resolve any situation. No free entry is permitted.
If you are added to class from a waitlist, you need to confirm your reservation 4 hours prior to the start of class. Once a class is confirmed, you will be held to the cancellation policy for that class.
Reservations for private sessions must be made in person, over the phone or by email. Reservations must be made with a credit card to hold your session. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about availability. Reservations may be cancelled over the phone or by email 24 hours before the start of the session. Private Sessions cancelled after the 24 hour cancelation window will be charged full price for the missed service.
First-time clients are requested to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the class. For safety reasons, clients cannot join the class once instruction has begun.
Please refrain from using cell phones during class. No pets or unattended children are allowed in the studio during class.
Relic Movement allows a 10-minute grace period, clients who arrive after the grace period will not be allowed to participate in class for safety reasons. The staff of Relic Movement is committed to providing a high-quality environment for all clients. We are dedicated to maintaining an environment in which each client can feel safe and respected. In order to assure a positive experience, clients are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times while participating in the programs and using its facilities. The following standards of conduct apply to all clients during their program participation as well as to all guests during their visit Relic Movement. The client must conduct himself in an appropriate manner while in a program or within the Relic Movement studio. Clients are expected to be respectful of other participants and staff.
No refunds. We will gladly accept returns of unwashed and unworn merchandise with the tags attached within 15 days of purchase date for store credit or exchanges. Socks, accessories & undergarments are final sale. All sale items are final.
